Before moving to in Los Angeles I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Film Composition from the Berklee College of Music, and went on to receive a graduate certificate from the Thornton School of Music: Scoring for Motion Pictures, Television, and Video Gaming, class of 2009; at the University of Southern California. After attending USC I went to work for Hans Zimmer, at Remote Control Studio’s, in Santa Monica CA.

In addition to being an independent Los Angeles based Film Composer, I also compose concert music, and work as a Singer-Songwriter various genre’s from Improvisation, Pop, Rock, Folk, and Country, to Rhythm & Blues, Boogie Woogie, Funk, Big band, and World Music.

In addition to my work in film and television, I am currently writing and directing, and composing a multimedia piece focusing on the heartbreak of trauma, and the love we find and create along the way to heal us all.

In my free time I volunteer in the Music Wellness Program, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. I am fortunate to be able to provide care to patients through music, as well as engaging our larger community, as a whole. I am also collaborating with independent photographers, creating original scores for multiple series of still photographs.
